Pewter Room does not require a reservation. This room will have large floral arrangements, floral arch and use of Bride’s Room can be arranged (for an additional fee). The Pewter Room provides seating for up to 15 guests. We also include a professional wedding photo burned to a CD.

Victorian Park ceremonies include our beautifully decorated pavilion (*lights for evening ceremonies), walkway decorations and seating for 30-50 guests. Professional wedding photo burned to CD and wedding bubbles will be provided.

Andrews House ceremonies will have large floral arrangements and aisle decorations, use of changing room, seating for 30-100 guests, room for up to 3 attendants plus flower girl and ring bearer. Professional wedding photos burned to CD and wedding bubbles for your guests. The grand staircase may be decorated for an additional fee of $125. This is a perfect place for photos.

All Weddings in the Andrews house and Victorian Park require a *50% non-refundable deposit at the time you make your reservation and the balance paid 10 days before the wedding. (Except 15 guests or less, full payment is due at time of reservation.) **You may add guests to your wedding party anytime. The Bride’s Room is not available unless it is booked.

IF YOU PLAN ON PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE, OR BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, PLEASE PRINT OUT OUR Wedding Services Agreement, FILL IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS, SIGN AND MAIL IT TO US.

WALK-INS may also choose to be married at Victorian Park with 15 or less guests for $125.00 Monday-Thursday 1pm-5:45pm. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED.

Cancellation of weddings require a 2-week notice and will result in refund of any monies over the 50% deposit fee. Any cancellations under the 2-week notice will receive NO REFUND of any monies. (We will reschedule for you at no cost with a 2 week notice for up to 3 months.) See our terms of service.

**When adding guests to your list payment will be expected at that time. If all of your guests do not attend we will not reduce the price of your wedding. We have to prepare for the number made at the time of the reservation.

**Andrews House is an offsite location and cannot be substituted for Pewter Room or Victorian Park.
